In 2026, PONEY successfully completed two important strategic acquisitions, including welding machine manufacturer Longxin Machinery and a professional radiator manufacturer. This dual acquisition marks a key milestone in PONEY’s long-term development strategy, further enriching the company’s product portfolio, improving independent manufacturing capabilities, and consolidating its comprehensive strength in the global welding equipment industry. 

Following the acquisition of Longxin Machinery, PONEY’s professional technical team has fully upgraded and optimized the original welding machine product lines. Through technical iteration, performance improvement and structural upgrading, the acquired equipment series have been fully integrated into PONEY’s product system. The expansion greatly enriches the company’s product supply capacity and realizes diversified product layout. With upgraded models covering different price ranges, upgraded quality standards and modernized appearance design, PONEY is now able to better meet the differentiated demands of various markets and customer groups, providing more flexible and targeted welding solutions for diverse working conditions and application scenarios.

The acquisition of the radiator manufacturer is another important layout in the upstream core component sector, following the company’s acquisition of a SMD processing enterprise in 2022. As the second key component supplier merged into the PONEY industrial system, the new radiator factory enables in-house production of core heat dissipation parts. This strategic integration effectively improves overall production efficiency, cuts down external procurement costs, shortens product delivery cycles, and realizes full-process quality control of key components. By eliminating reliance on third-party suppliers, PONEY achieves more stable product consistency and higher overall equipment reliability.

Combined with PONEY’s independent circuit board production capacity and in-house spraying workshop, the company has now formed a complete fully independent manufacturing chain, covering core components, circuit research and development, structural processing, surface spraying and final assembly. The full in-house production system greatly enhances production flexibility, enabling rapid response to personalized orders and highly customized welding equipment solutions.
