Applications:
This all-in-one equipment with MIG gas-shielded welding, manual welding, TIG welding and plasma cutting boasts extensive application scope across multiple scenarios. Widely used in steel structure fabrication, construction steel components, heavy machinery, containers, pipelines, sheet metal and guardrail processing; suitable for precision welding of fine parts and high-efficiency cutting of thick plates, applicable to carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel. It meets both heavy-duty industrial welding needs and high-precision welding & cutting demands, ideal for workshop production, on-site construction and equipment maintenance.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ varies by product model. For portable DIY welders, the MOQ is 300 units. For semi-industrial machines, the MOQ ranges from 50 to 100 units. For heavy-duty industrial MIG welders, the MOQ is 5 units.
Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes. We support custom logo printing, customized machine colors and personalized packaging according to customer requirements.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: The lead time for customized first orders is about 55 days. For standard repeat orders, the lead time is 40 days.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide one-year full machine warranty for all products.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We normally accept T/T: 30% advance deposit, and the balance to be paid against copy of Bill of Lading. Letter of Credit (L/C) is also acceptable.
Q: What are your trade terms?
A: Our regular term is FOB NINGBO. CNF and CIF are also available upon clients’ requests.
Q: What certifications do you have?
A: We hold BSCI, ISO9001, CE, ETL, RoHS and energy efficiency certificates. Additional certifications can be applied for as per customer requirements.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Samples are available. Sample price and lead time will be quoted separately. Freight cost shall be borne by the buyer.
Q: Do you supply spare parts?
A: A small set of consumable spare parts will be delivered together with orders within warranty. We supply the full range of spare parts for separate purchase on an ongoing basis.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are an original manufacturer with complete in-house production lines. OEM & ODM orders are welcome.
